Fundraising took place for the British Heart Foundation and CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) at Jack’s funeral and in the days immediately following. When the donation box is sent to the charities, we will post an update on how much was raised. As more funds are raised in Jack’s name, we will add to this page accordingly.
